Are leaders being set up to succeed?
 
In a recent podcast episode with Adam Grant for her new book Strong Ground, Brené Brown noted that leaders are expected to perform at a high level, yet coaching isn’t considered the norm.

Choosing to lead without a coach is common.

Yet when leaders’ across various industries have their days filled with restructures, AI-driven change, and back-to-back meetings, many are feeling tired and worn down.

I’m not sure we’re fully considering the implications this has on leaders’ decision-making, their wellbeing and those of their teams.

When does it become necessary for leaders to engage coaching support?

And when is it okay for leaders to manage alone?
